At Clean Between The Lines, we are committed to providing the highest quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of our cleaning services, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will return to your property and re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. If you are still unsatisfied after the re-clean, you may request a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Issues: If there are verifiable issues with the quality of the cleaning service that we were unable to resolve through a re-clean.

  • Cancellation Refunds: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • ​Overpayment: If an overpayment occurs, we will issue a refund for the excess amount.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • No-Show Appointments: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access your property due to your absence or lack of communication, the service fee is non-refundable.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee and may not be fully refundable.

  • Third-Party Damage: We are not responsible for damages caused by third-party products or services that were not part of our cleaning process.

  2. Provide Details: Describe the service issue or reason for the refund request, including any relevant photos or documentation.

  3. Review and Resolution: Our team will review your request and contact you to discuss the situation. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days through your original payment method.
